Consultation has concluded
The Mt Crosby Water (East Bank) Treatment Plant Upgrade is almost complete.
The 12-month project involved building new bulk chemical storage infrastructure and unloading facilities to provide greater capacity for delivering and storing water treatment chemicals, especially during severe weather. It also involved constructing a new access road to the plant.
Before the upgrade began, existing landscaping at the front of the plant was removed and a retaining wall was built. With construction complete, we are now taking the landscaping ideas we have received from local residents to help improve the street appeal at the front of the plant on Mt Crosby Road.
Visit the Document Library to view our final landscaping concepts and get more information about the types of plants we will be growing.
